PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the headquarters of Studio Melis Firm and is handled only by owner or by anyone in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

PURPOSE AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

You can also object to the processing of data on the basis of reasons related to your particular situation and, in any case, to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes. The personal data of the Customers are processed by Studio Melis in compliance with the GDPR and the Italian and European Union laws that modify and integrate it (the “Privacy Regulation”), and are kept for the period necessary for execution of the requested activity.
